When will my order be dispatched?

Orders confirmed during business hours are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders confirmed later are dispatched on the next business day.

Will I receive tracking details?

Returns & warranty

What is your returns policy for parts?

Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be complete and not physically damaged.

How do I submit an RMA or Return?

Use the Contact page and select RMA or Returns. Include your invoice number, SKU or part number, and a short fault description so we can assist quickly.

Do you provide warranties?

Yes. New components are covered by manufacturer warranty, and used components are covered by our in-house warranty. The exact period is shown on the product listing and invoice.

Refurbished devices & trade-ins

How do I know if a part is new or used?

Each product listing clearly states whether the component is brand-new or used/refurbished. Used parts are graded and quality-checked before sale.

What details should I send for compatibility checks?

Share your device model number, serial number, and the current part number when possible. Photos of labels are very helpful for confirming exact compatibility.

Are used components reliable?

Yes. All used components undergo compatibility checks, grading, and performance testing before being made available. We only stock parts that meet strict standards.

How are refurbished laptops graded?

Devices are graded by condition and tested before sale, with notes on any cosmetic wear.

Can I trade in old devices?
