Collection Terms
- Collection is available only after you've received confirmation that your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting.
- All orders must be paid for in full before collection.
- No cash or card payments are accepted at the collection point. All orders are paid online at checkout.
- Please have your order number available when collecting.
- We may request proof of identity before releasing your order. The ID presented should match the name on the order.
- If a person other than the buyer is collecting, they must provide the order number and their own valid ID. Please let us know in advance if someone will be collecting on your behalf.
- If an order is not collected within 7 business days and no alternative arrangement has been made, the order may be cancelled and refunded, less any applicable fee. We'll do our best to contact you before this happens.
