Shipping policy
Where We Deliver
We deliver to street addresses across South Africa using reputable third-party couriers. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order value, and parcel details.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed. Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing your order, failing which we may cancel or re-quote the order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. They are calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Courier delivery to major areas in South Africa usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for outlying areas, supplier delays, courier delays, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
Free Shipping
Orders over R2,000 qualify for free courier shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Orders below R2,000 will have courier costs calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order value, and parcel details.
Tracking
We provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
On Delivery — Please Inspect
Please inspect the packaging and contents in the presence of the courier driver. Report any visible damage to us immediately. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend photographing it in the driver's presence and notifying us straight away rather than refusing it outright.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Your order is fulfilled by us, and we stand behind it. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, notify us in writing within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund. We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order in transit.
Failed Delivery
If you are not available to receive your order, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point per their procedures. Additional charges for failed delivery attempts may be passed on to you.
Keep Your Tracking Details Private
Please keep your waybill and tracking details confidential and share them only with people you trust, as these can be used to intercept a parcel.
